Easy veggie pizza!
Many people tell me they don’t know what to cook when they become vegan. There are so many easy things you can make with ingredients you already have.
frozen pizza crust
1 Red bell pepper
3 Mini portabella mushrooms
1 Red onion
Add some buffalo sauce to the pizza, then simply chop up the veggies and top.
Add to oven for directed time. When there is 1 minute remaining, remove pizza and add vegan cheese.
